Are these real LEGO parts?
We use original LEGO products to create our figures. Occasionally, our minifigures also contain specially manufactured, injection-molded elements and accessories that seamlessly match the factory-produced figures.
Do you offer custom designs? Can you make figures of me or my loved ones?
We currently only offer custom printing services for torsos.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We proudly offer national and worldwide shipping via DHL.
Why can I only pay with PayPal?
Unfortunately, other payment providers do not accept the artistic content of our figures, as some of them depict nudity. Therefore, PayPal is currently the only payment method available on our website.
Alternatively, you can order via our Etsy shop, where multiple payment options are available. Please note, however, that prices there are slightly higher due to additional fees.
Shipping
I just placed an order. When will it be shipped?
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the next business day, but it may take a little longer depending on order volume. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information.
Order packaging
Your privacy is important to us, which is why all our packages are packed neutrally and discreetly, without any indication of the content or sender. This way, everything remains as private as you wish.
