Are these real LEGO pieces?
We use genuine LEGO products to manufacture our figures. Occasionally, our minifigures also include specially designed, injection-molded elements and accessories that fit seamlessly with the factory-made figures.
Do you offer custom orders? Can you make figurines of me or my loved ones?
Unfortunately not. We currently only offer individual printing services for torsos.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We proudly offer national and worldwide shipping via DHL.
Why can I only pay with PayPal?
Unfortunately, other payment providers do not accept the artistic content of our characters, as some of them depict nudity. Therefore, PayPal is currently the only payment method available on our website.
Alternatively, you can order through our Etsy shop, where several payment options are available. Please note, however, that prices there are slightly higher due to additional fees.
Shipment
I just placed an order. When will it be shipped?
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the next business day, however, it may take slightly longer depending on order volume. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking information.
How can I track my package?
You will find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the respective system.
