Are these real LEGO pieces?
We use original LEGO products to create our figures. Occasionally, our minifigures also include specially designed, injection-molded elements and accessories that seamlessly integrate with the factory-made figures.
Do you offer custom orders? Can you make figurines of me or my loved ones?
Unfortunately not. We currently only offer custom torso printing services.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We proudly offer national and worldwide shipping via DHL.

Shipment
I just placed an order. When will it ship?
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the next business day, but depending on the volume of orders, it may take a little longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking information.
How can I track my package?
You'll find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the respective system.
