On July 30, 2025, the United States issued the Executive Order "Supending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For all Countries." According to this order, all shipments of goods from business customers arriving in the United States on or after August 29, 2025, will be subject to import duties. Since the announcement, our shipping service provider DHL has been working diligently to clarify outstanding issues and develop viable solutions for the new mail shipping processes required by the U.S. authorities. For this reason, we can currently only ship via DHL Express, which is currently leading to higher shipping costs to the United States. We hope this issue will be resolved quickly so that we can once again offer attractive shipping rates.
